Terms of Service
Effective August 24, 2026 · Recall411 (recall411.com)
The service
Recall411 aggregates product-recall and safety information published by government agencies, retailers, and manufacturers, organizes it by geography and severity, and — for subscribers — delivers notifications about it. Every card cites its official source.
The honest limit
Recall411 is an information service, not professional, legal, or medical advice. We work hard to be complete, timely, and accurate, but recalls are published by many authorities on their own schedules, and the official notice always governs — if anything here differs from the issuing agency's notice, the agency's notice is correct. For health concerns, contact a healthcare provider; for product-specific instructions, follow the official notice.
Accounts and subscriptions
Sign-in is passwordless: one-time email links, no passwords stored. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase and renew until canceled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the period already paid. If you believe a charge is in error, email feedback@recall411.com and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at volumes that degrade it for others, no reselling our compiled feeds as your own, no using the service to mislead. Personal and household use, and ordinary professional reference, are exactly what it's for.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recall411 is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, termination, contact
We may update these terms; material changes move the effective date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia. Questions: feedback@recall411.com.
